The Côte de Nuits Villages “Le Vaucrain” is a deep coloured, aromatic wine with ripe black and red berry flavours and a classic earthy Pinot Noir bouquet. Its excellent balance of ripe tannins and elegant yet concentrated fruit results in a silky, approachable wine, even young, which ages very well.
It is perfect with grilled and roasted red meats and delicate cheeses, or marinades, game and “œufs en meurette” if the wine is more tannic. |
